Home Remedies to control Hair loss :)

1. Regular Massaging with Basic Oils

Regular massaging of the scalp with lukewarm oil helps to stimulate the hair follicles. This is also an easy way to cure hair growth deterrents like dandruff and fungal infections. Regular massaging increases the blood circulation in the scalp. It is also useful for lowering anxiety or stress that is often the underlying reason for thinning of hair. Recommended oils for 3 to 4 times-a-week massaging schedule includes coconut oil. You can alternate this with mustard oil. Keep the oil on for at least six hours before washing it off with a mild shampoo. Other oils that can be mixed with coconut oil in trace amounts for faster results include almond oil.

2. Natural Concoctions for Preventing Hair Loss

Coconut milk is among the richest sources of tissue-nourishing, plant derivatives. It is an excellent home remedy for keeping the hair soft without depending upon chemical formulations and regenerating dead hair follicles. Who is" HYDROGEN PEROXIDE"?

Oh, Hydrogen Peroxide. You do so many things. You deserve more attention. Here’s a list of the many benefits of Hydrogen Peroxide! 

 1. Take one capful (the little white cap that comes with the bottle) and hold in your mouth for 10 minutes daily, then spit it out. No more canker sores and your teeth will be whiter without expensive pastes. Use it instead of mouthwash. (Small print says mouth wash and gargle right on the bottle). 

 2. Let your toothbrushes soak in a cup of “Peroxide” to keep them free of germs.

 3. Clean your counters with peroxide to kill germs and leave a fresh smell. Simply put a little on your dishrag when you wipe, or spray it on the counters.

 4. After rinsing off your wooden cutting board, pour peroxide on it to kill salmonella and other bacteria. 

 5. One man reports, “I had a fungus on my feet for years - until I sprayed a 50/50 mixture of peroxide and water on them (especially the toes) every night and let dry. All gone.” 

 6. Soak any infections or cuts in 3% peroxide for five to ten minutes several times a day. A nurse reports that she has seen gangrene that would not heal with any medicine, but was healed by soaking in peroxide. 

 7. Fill a spray bottle with a 50/50 mixture of peroxide and water and keep it in every bathroom to disinfect without harming your septic system like bleach or most other disinfectants will. 

 8. Tilt your head back and spray into nostrils with your 50/50 mixture whenever you have a cold, or plugged sinuses. It will bubble and help to kill the bacteria. Hold for a few minutes then blow your nose into a tissue.

 9. If you have a terrible toothache and cannot get to a dentist right away, put a capful of 3% peroxide into your mouth and hold it for ten minutes several times a day. The pain will lessen greatly. 

 10. If you like a natural look to your hair, spray the 50/50 solution on your wet hair after a shower and comb it through. You will not have the peroxide burnt blonde hair like the hair dye packages, but more natural highlights if your hair is a light brown, reddish, or dirty blonde. It also lightens gradually so it’s not a drastic change. 

 11. Put half of a bottle of peroxide in your bath to help rid boils, fungus, or other skin infections. 

 12. You can also add a cup of peroxide instead of bleach to a load of whites in your laundry to whiten them. If there are protein stains on clothing, pour it directly on the spot, let it sit for a minute, then rub it and rinse with water. Repeat if necessary. 

 13. I use peroxide to clean my mirrors with, and there is no smearing which is why I love it so much for this. 

 14. Use 3% Hydrogen peroxide for removing blood stains – especially if they are fairly fresh. Pour directly on the soiled spot, let it sit for a minute, then rub it and rinse with cold water. Repeat if necessary. It is a great bleaching agent for stubborn stains on white clothes. Combine ½ c. hydrogen peroxide and 1 t. ammonia for a great stain removal combination. 

 15. Use hydrogen peroxide to bleach delicate items such as wool or wool blends. Soak them overnight in a solution of one part 3% hydrogen peroxide to eight parts cold water. Launder according to care instructions. *

Also, if you have a dog that you need to get to vomit (like if they ate a bunch of chocolate), make them swallow hydrogen peroxide. Give it to them a few teaspoons at a time.*

10 MASUSTANSYANG PRUTAS by Dr. Willie T. Ong KAIBIGAN, heto ang 10 pinakamasustansyang prutas na ginawa ng Diyos para sa tao: 

 1. Saging – Mabuti ang saging sa mga nag-eehersisyo at sa may sakit sa puso dahil may taglay itong potassium. Para sa hindi makatulog at stressed sa buhay, nakapagpaparelax din ang saging dahil sa sangkap nitong tryptophan. Kumain ng 2 saging bawat araw para makaiwas sa sakit. 

 2. Mansanas – May vitamin C at anti-oxidants ang mansanas. Mahalaga na kainin din ang balat ng mansanas dahil may taglay itong pectin na nagtatanggal ng dumi sa ating katawan. Panlaban ang mansanas sa mataas na kolesterol, arthritis at sakit ng tiyan. 

 3. Maaasim na prutas tulad ng calamansi, dalandan, orange, at suha – Masagana ang mga ito sa vitamin C at panlaban sa sipon, ubo, hika at arthritis. Kapag kumakain ng dalandan, kainin din ang mga maninipis na fibers (pulp bits at membrane) dahil mabuti ito sa ating sikmura. 

 4. Strawberry – Naniniwala ang mga eksperto na panlaban sa kanser ang strawberry. Mag-ingat lang at may mga taong allergic sa strawberry. Hugasan maigi bago kainin. 

 5. Papaya – Mataas sa vitamin A at vitamin C ang papaya kaya nakatutulong ito sa ating kutis. Ang papaya ay may papain, isang kemikal na tumutulong sa pagtunaw ng pagkain at sa pag-regular ng ating pagdumi. Mataas din ito sa fiber.

 6. Ubas – Ang ubas ay may tannins at flavonoids na puwedeng makapigil sa kanser. Kumain ng ubas kung ika’y nagpapagaling sa sakit. At kapag kulang sa dugo at mahina ang katawan, kumain ng ubas para manumbalik ang iyong sigla. Kaya paborito itong iregalo sa mga dumadalaw sa ospital. Hugasan maigi bago kainin. 

 7. Pakwan at melon – Panlaban ang mga ito sa sakit sa bato at pantog (kidney at bladder infection). Ang pakwan at melon ay punong-puno ng vitamin C at potassium. At kapag tag-init, ito ang kailangan ng ating katawan. 

 8. Buko – Ang buko juice at nakatutulong sa may kidney stones (bato sa bato). Nililinis din ng buko ang ating katawan. 

 9. Abokado – Ang abokado ay may taglay na good fats at healthy oils. Dahil dito, nakatutulong ito sa pag-iwas sa sakit sa puso at istrok. May sangkap din itong vitamin B6 at vitamin E na pampakinis ng ating balat. Para hindi kumulubot ang mukha, kumain ng abokado.

Hi there, my name is Lei.Currently live here in Sydney.I got full time job here in Sydney but living here in Sydney is very expensive so I always look for some venture and other part time job to generate extra income to support my living here as well as to support my family overseas. This is my proof that I am really earning through the use of perfect plan system (SWA), and mind you I am earning without leaving home at all .Yes, you read it right , without leaving home.I used my facebook website to promote and advertise my SWA business. Since I joined SWA, aside from non-stop email facebook notifications, I started to received non-stop SWA commission too. How did I get the commission? When I joined the SWA,I didn't just joined. I applied what I have learned from the e-books inside the library, I watched lots of SWA videos, I joined lots of groups, I followed the mentors advice.In short I studied the business. I did some action. Of course you can't expect to have results if your not doing anything to get the results.

After a month of joining SWA, I got my first cycled (cycled means completing the matrix with 6 people whether it was from you, from your downline or from your upline) and received my $70 first cycled commission. I'm not against with employment coz I myself is involved with employment too.
